Yes! Go here to start your membership. It should only take a few minutes to receive instructions on how to gain entry.




Is your wi-fi secure?


Yes.




May I bring in a friend?


We don't sell a product, we sell a location. Everyone who uses the space must contribute to sustaining the costs of rent, utilties, insurance, furnishings, maintenance, etc. If you are looking for a free space, there are many public locations nearby (Bastrop Library, Coffee Dog, Starbucks, etc.) The Hub is equipped with camera monitoring to ensure the safety of our members, as well as to make sure everyone is honoring their membership agreement. Note: Executive members may entertain guests on occasion as part of their membership, but it must be for business purposes and the member must be present the entire time.




Is there a printer available?


Yes, we have a wireless color printer for complimentary use (within reason ~ 20 pages/day). Please do not use the printer for bulk printing.




Do you have any private offices?


The Hub is a shared space consisting of one large room. We do have 1 private conference room (seats up to 6) and 1 small room (seats 1) which members can reserve for a few hours at a time on a first-come, first-serve basis.




Do you have any audio/video equipment?


We do not at this time.




Can your internet handle video conference calls?


Yes.




Is your internet reliable?


Yes! In addition to Spectrum, The Hub has AT&T Internet as a backup in case there is ever any interruption in service. In the event Spectrum does have a lapse (extremely rare), your computer should automatically switch over to AT&T. We also have about 4 hours of battery backup in case of an electrical outage (also extremely rare). We've got you covered!
